"Not really my style"
I spent a little time browsing mariab one evening while having tea, the designs just weren’t for me. A lot of the outfits felt a bit too loud and overdone, especially with the colors and patterns. I was expecting something more elegant and easy to wear, but many pieces looked kind of dated to my taste. Maybe this style works for someone who likes bold looks, but personally I didn’t feel tempted to buy anything

The card checkout technically worked, so that’s nice, but I can’t say it inspired a ton of confidence. I felt a bit nervous entering my payment info because the process just didn’t feel as smooth or reassuring as it probably should. Maybe it’s fine, but a little more clarity or security messaging would’ve been appreciated

"Exchange was kind of a hassle"
The exchange process took way more back and forth than I expected. It just wasn’t very easy, and I kept feeling like... why is this taking so many messages? Not the smoothest experience...

"Better than I expected"
I’ve ordered from Mariab twice now, and both times felt worth the money. I didn’t expect the fabric to be as nice as it was, especially for the price. Delivery was fine too, nothing to complain about. Compared to a lot of other places I’ve checked, it doesn’t feel overly expensive, so I’d probably order again.

Checkout was fine, smooth. The payment page loaded quickly and I didn’t have any issues paying. I just wish the delivery info had been a little clearer before I paid, just so I knew exactly what to expect.

I was disappointed. The item I got looked different from the pictures on Mariab, and the color and details just felt off. Like, I get that photos can vary a little, but this didn’t feel like a small difference. It’s super frustrating when you order something expecting one look and then it shows up not really matching what you thought you paid for...

"Refund took too long"
The refund did come back eventually, but it was late and I had to keep asking about it, which was kind of annoying. It felt like I was chasing it more than I should have needed to.

I ordered my usual size from Mariab, but when the dress arrived it felt like it belonged to two different outfits. It was tight in some areas and weirdly loose in others, even though I checked the size chart before ordering. I remember trying it on and just feeling that sinking frustration because I’d bought it for an event and was actually excited to wear it. Now instead of enjoying the outfit, I’m stuck figuring out alterations. Really expected the sizing to be more accurate

"Looked Better Online"
For some reason, it looked a lot nicer in the photos than it did in person. Once I had it in hand, the material felt cheap, and the stitching wasn’t very clean either. I expected better for the price.

"Did the fabric feel thinner to anyone else?"
I really liked the design, but the fabric felt a lot thinner in person than it looked online. Maybe I was expecting too much for the price, but after just one wash it also lost some of its softness. It’s not terrible or anything, just a little disappointing. Has anyone else had the same experience?

"Faster Than I Expected"
I ordered from mariab the delivery was quicker than I thought it would be. Compared to a few other online stores I’ve tried, this one arrived earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. The packaging was fine, and I also got updates along the way, so I wasn’t left wondering where my order was. Overall, I’m really happy with the experience and would definitely order again

"Fits fine, just a little snug in the sleeves"
I don’t really get why people are so dramatic about the sizing, because the overall fit was right for me. The only thing is the sleeves are a bit tight, but it’s not like the whole thing is unwearable. It still looks good, just something to keep in mind if you have bigger arms.

"Nothing was ever in stock"
I kept trying to order a few things, but every time I checked, nothing was ever in stock. What made it even more frustrating was that I couldn’t get in touch with an actual person to ask what was going on or when items might be available again. It just felt like I was stuck dealing with automated pages and no real help

"Nice Fit and Good Stitching Overall"
I ordered a dress from Mariab the stitching turned out really nice overall. The fit was clean, and the sleeves and sides were done properly, which I really appreciated. There was just one small loose thread on the inside, so that could’ve been checked a bit better, but it wasn’t a big issue for me. Overall, I’m happy with how it came out and I’d definitely order again.

I had a small issue with my order on mariab, so I reached out to customer service. They got back to me quickly and explained what was going on, which was reassuring, you know? The person I spoke with was helpful and didn’t make the whole thing feel complicated. My issue was sorted without too much back and forth. I’m giving 4 stars because I do think the update could’ve come a bit faster, but overall the support was nice

"Bad timing made the return even more frustrating"
I tried to return an item from mariab.ae, maybe my timing was just unlucky, but the whole thing felt way harder than it needed to be. There were too many steps, the replies were slow, and I kept having to follow up just to move things along. For something as simple as a return, it took way more effort than I expected...

I ordered from mariab once, it went smoothly. I remember I was in a good mood when I placed the order, so I was just hoping everything would be simple, and it mostly was. The payment felt secure, and the updates were clear enough to know what was going on. Delivery took a little longer than I expected, but overall, the brand seems reliable to me.

"Color was much darker than expected"
I was disappointed with this because the color looked totally different from the photos on Mariab. I expected a soft shade, but it came much darker in person. I just bought it mainly for the color, so it was a letdown.
